    People confuse the English Premier League with English Football, they are 2 entirely different concepts.
    English Football has not evolved in 50 years.
    English footballers are and have always been very poor on the ball.
    Gascoigne was the last English player that could dribble a football, and then you've got to go back forever to find another one.
    Charlton perhaps.
