The one common thing I see when this topic gets raised, regardless of where that might be is the failure of the 'believers' and advocates to wheel out actual people. You know employees and employers who are paying less to females. Show me the timesheets and the payslips and I will get on board. Until then all I hear is an ideological 'argument' based on smoke and mirrors.
