Any thoughts if a new option is issued - say 3 years to expiry with 30c excise - on a 1:2 ratio for every share held [Oct 2024 expiry]
The ratio of 1 option for every 2 shares held then provides ICG some scope [freedom] to also have a CR for a higher price than 30c - after the ICGOC have been excised in 2023.
As I understand it the ICGOC had 3 years to run when issued, which was planning ahead and minimal dilution for existing holders.
One has to plan for success and how to capitalize on that success.
