What could be the motive to make sure ICI doesnt go green with 2-3 points.. Everyday during the day we see it goes 2 or 3 or even 4 cents up but at close , some Idiot would come and bring it back to same price as close or would lead it to go Red.. This happens daily
So much manipulation with so low volume.. Its not short selling at all so hard to predict why price is intentionally kept low..
Any one can shed any light on this?
