We acquired LemonSky for 45mil AUD around 2.5 years ago...
Currently we trade at a valuation of 28mil AUD...
When we did the capital raise for acquisition it was completed at 11.5c..
I was talking with a fund manager before who was saying lots of companies like this with tier 1 relationships are ripe for take over offers...
Imagine 11.5c investors coming in to take over Lemonsky at 45mil valuation getting a take over offer at this current SP.
With big names in the industry on the share registry, im sure there are discussions going around as the industry begins to get HOT!
