I don't know for certain, suffice to say, a person in the know told me
reading between the lines in the ann ( use of funds ) And dir's tipping in a
reasonable sum, coupled with the raise earlier in the year @ a 33% premium
and this raise @ a 25% premium, Also the shift in volume in the last 3 mths or so
tells my spidey senses. That there could be something of note about to pop
in early 2024.
