While the bank balance looks ok , it's probably a bit under $10 million at the moment. Having said that , you wouldn't want to let it run down too far. Companies become quite vulnerable when cash gets low and predators know this.

As a couple of CEO's have told me , you go to the market before you need to . Otherwise it can be very hard . Stock can be manipulated , another Greece/Ireland/Spain/Portugal crisis comes along and then you're in trouble.

So , still not sure about a CR but I wouldn't rule it out.
