Like I said in my previous post, something is in my mind not sitting right.
That was a massive chunk and SOMEONE is accumulating this now
BPT has some spare cash but I am the same mind as you in thinking BPT needs to spend too much.
Still and GSA and 855, $280 million plus, for some companies, is dish washing money...
I feel, we are going to get answers soon.
.30 to .40 cents now is more possible...
