Not sure what is going on, looks like SOMETHING since ICN doesn't trade 8 million shares in one day unless something is cooking.... maybe those "in the know" are jumping on board? or maybe everyone is jumping in now and placing their bets since drilling is just around the corner....
either way the next few months are going to be very exciting.. I am not accumulating more shares (knowing the beast ICN is) but I am definitely holding onto what I have... my bet is the next leg up isn't far away, most of the resistance is gone! Next stop 40c??
