G'day Buddy. IF any individual is buying, then if he/she doesn't get to the 5% (over 23 million don't forget) but, get more than 2 million, they will appear on the next Top 20 list after 20 April.
They will need to be buying up very big to get to 5% and the way the market has held up until now, you would think that they will have to take the SP up to .60 and beyond as the big sellers have not come in (yet).
IF the buyer does continue, why would anyone sell until we know what is going on and the reason behind that buying?

I still think that it is defensive buying to shore up ICN defences. It is making a 50.1% control takeover much more difficult and a 90.1% full takeover near impossible unless it is one that simply cannot be refused i.e. $1.20 plus.

Re ADE. There is no traitor who holds 18%+ and BPT does not hold 19.9% as was the case with ADE. Forget an "ADE repeat" that was the steal of the century, but, still reckon it was a total waste of $90 million.
