Without wanting to sound too pedantic , your statement " That's why BPT hasn't accepted any offers from opening their data room YET " should probably be rephrased.

We don't know anything about such offers . Has anyone made any ? Has anyone even had a look at their data room ? Was it even opened ?

Your statement could well be correct but until BPT makes a statement confirming the same , it could be seen as unsubstantiated ramping.

As a longish holder of ICN , I agree that things are definitely looking up ( about time ! ) but it's probably prudent to be careful on things that we post that aren't confirmed.
