Yes I would say it is, although after the recent ministerial approval was granted for ATP 849P, I was hoping maybe there'd be more progress toward the two wells ICN mentioned at the AGM that they would drill in this tenement to begin appraisal.

According to their last announcement, they're now commencing Cultural Heritage discussions. Hopefully that won't take too long, but who knows...?
