I asked exact same question, was told its up to the operator and when they call for the cash to actually do the work.
Which is why this spat between BPT and ICN is of no help to us, as the longer these explorations are postponed and the more obvious value comes into the project the more likely the private company will want/be able to come up with the reddies.
