How can ICN be taken over by anyone other than beach. Beach now have or will have soon 60% of the in ground gas - nobody would want it because you can't control it. You can't prove up 2tcf reserves on 40% as the asset is now interlocked . beach on the other hand I unlikely to TO ICN unless the results from these wells far exceed the results of the other wells. The only time I see ICN been taken over is if BPT get a big JV and they want to clean up loose ends. ( all IMHO )
