I'm curious to know why an announcement re the GSA has not...

I'm curious to know why an announcement re the GSA has not happen. Surely after such a long extension they could not still be negotiating. And if it was not going to be executed then an announcement should be made already to state this.

I wonder whether we will go into a trading halt late tomorrow which would mean no announcement would be made until the New Year. I can't imagine Icon would want to announce the deal in this festive period as the trading volumes are low and probably not the best time to take advantage of media publicity.

Any thoughts?
