    855 is 1670sq/klms or 412665 acres.Beach got ADE 20% acreage of 855 for 761 an acre while they got ICNs 40% of 855 ,which is 165066 acres for 14.25mil which works out to be about 85 dollars per acre or there abouts. Well done management you really stuck it to them and killed the pig with that deal,give yourselves a big pat on the back for that fore sight. You would not trust these baffoons with the rent money.
