It think it was more a combination of all 3, The wording of the MOU, the Carbon Tax and the Mine Tax.
I understand that RJ got a roasting over the MOU Ann from the ASX, and thats why he is so reluctant to post Announcements these days.
Yes, I feel the sp will definitely shoot to the stars,IMO .
Just wish I had some more Cash to buy more ICN shares while they are still so, so cheap.
The dividends will be surly be good over the 20 years, to start with.
