I read up on ICO and ethanol a little and if you look back I also posted the night before ICO ran to .9c that it was a good thing.
From memory there are also 200 E85 (85% ethanol) fueling stations in the US and some 70% of cars are ethanol ready. GM are producing a complete plastic fuel system for their cars ie. hoses tanks etc to comply with ethanol via Delphi America.
I think that the governement has also got the ethanol subject at the top of the items to be legislated or approved at its first sitting.
From what i can make of it Multiplex has spent a lot of money in getting the production happening and ICO has been installed as the vehicle/company to hold the management and production of ethanol from its plants.
Must be a good thing for the future, and as such an exceptional speculative stock.
The 2.5c offering to all holders as of 18th of December may be stalling any price movement as I for one think there will be some willing to take the .4c on offer for a short term gain. Once this has been pushed out the way then we should know better.
Any idea when parliament meets? Has ICO pushed back the date of receipt of monies to coincide with a spec. positive decision from the government?
