1) SP will drop immediately. Will only slowly increase on good news from MTC re future drilling programs/results. Will also increase on the back of good new from iCobalt. Long term, I believe both are winners.
2) See above. A lot of holders are likely only in MTC now to get first dibs at iCobalt, and then will dump MTC shares afterwards. I, for one, will keep on holding however.
3) Did you read the recent announcement? "...due to the Christmas holiday period, the transfers will now be formally registered on or before 19 January 2018"
