All is in my own opinion, please dyor;
My prediction is;
1. iCobalt spin off will have negrtive influence first but increase the SP as the SP of iCobalt increase rapidly.
2. MTC share holders who holds more than 20000 shares will get free shares 5:1 basis and also get priority allocation for iCobalt.
3. MERN transfer is a compulsory requirement needed for two Chinese deals and according to the latest announcement 19th Jan is the due date for date.
It is expected that after 19th Jan MERN transfer will be completed and both Chinese deals will be finalised with $4.8m in the bank.
Given that both Chinese are on board and good drilling results which I am hoping, I think MTC SP will be near 50c by the end of February.
