I have to upgrade my previous overview following today's information.
I am surprised by the advanced stage of the relationships.
The announcement this morning has increased my confidence for the following reasons.....

1. The advanced construction stage of the infrastructure the Chinese building to receive the supply.

2. The relationship between the provincial government with the South Australian Government is stronger than I expected. The Chinese in particular treat such sister City/State relationships much more seriously than Australian government does ( I had the pleasure of being in a government position for 20 years)

3.The SA Premier is openly supporting Icon Energy to secure the economic benefits for the State.

4. The Chinese involvement at the signing ceremony is across both private, government and organisational development representation and

5. The Icon management team have stronger established relationships emerging in the public forum. They are particularly good at establishing third party commitments and look likely to continue to do so.
