Hard to see just what ICN has, and whether they are proposing an LNG plant in Gladstone, on the Gold Coast or in SA.

Whilst I can't see the remotest chance of BOW getting involved, it would be an absurdity to even suggest that it would if the ICN project is a SA project. Is it SA or not? At the moment it seems such a hypothetical project one might as well simply refer to it as the Gold Coast LNG project imho.

LNG projects require bankability for their huge capex. No better place to start that process than defining up some ECONOMICALLY producible gas, some reserves. If you struggle to do that you will simply struggle, nothing more. Even then it's only first base, but you've got to pass first base.
