the T+3 is the trade plus three days to settle.

10 bagger refers to making 1000% or 10 times the initial investment. A multi-bagger refers to anything that is greater than 2x. Basically something with heaps of blue sky.

To say ICN is a 10 bagger, is saying it will be worth $3.85 one day. The 'one day' is the most critical piece of the pie here and you should examine the risks to them achieving success and the time frame to do it in. Arrow Energy which had one of the most substantial acreage positions in QLD has taken 10 years from listing with 0.20cps and 40m shares ($20m) to approving a $4.70+ takeover offer. So effectively a 23.5 bagger :)

..and to correct my disclosure on the above post it is none-held and 'no comment' on the buy/sell as insufficient information exists on the method of execution.
