the biggest issue toothpaste builds have to FBR is
toothpaste is a wet build system , and FBR is a dry build system
speed of build will always be an issue on the wet builds where as FBR will only get faster
this is so important because of scaling say you need to build 100 000 houses per time period of 1000 days
suddenly capital outlay / return becomes an exasperated issue
where as niche builds say building on Mars Icon would have an easier build because of available stock material and transport for laying they could mix localized dirt
