Yeah sofihub is probably highly similar but has a head start on subscriber / ARR by the looks of it. Let's for the sake of argument say they're the same.
Both companies are on similar market cap, if Sofihub gets to breakeven then value for that shouldn't be zero. Which means effectively you're getting the HMR/EHS businesses for free, which tbh is where the value really lies I'd have thought?
