Option 1) AVZ might kick the can down the road a bit longer
Option 2) Kobold comes in with a fair offer. One that board believes is okay to put forward and pause ICSID (after fighting this hard fofr this long)
Option 3) We go to ICSID

All but option 1 is good, we will know in 9 Days
