great post, its also worth noting the delay in ICSID was coincidentally a week after Minerals Deal. AVZ I believe are not interested in waiting, they have CATH in one corner, and they have a 100% win outcome via ICISD. The pressure for a deal is on Kobold and DRC, AVZ might push it out a bit more; say a week or two but its clear AVZ are putting pressure with shifts in weeks, not months. best outcome is for AVZ to secure a valuation/deal AFTER they reach an ICSID settlement. This allows for future value pricing to be factored in and takes us away from current lithium market peer-multiples
