.. my concern with the pursuit of ICSID is that the DRC will ignore any penalties applied .. they have ignored the Zijin/Comminere ruling, accruing EUR 50,000 fines per day .. why would they adhere to a further ruling regarding AVZ? .. for me, it is important to keep ICSID as a bargaining chip and sort out a fair takeover ASAP .. once ICSID completes the hearing, AVZ has nothing up their sleeve .. JIMHO of course ..
