Option 1 in the absence of any other information would be a very bitter pill to swallow. If nothing has progressed re DRC and our dispute, thats exactly what ICSID is for, we have kicked the can for years already. DRC need to make a good faith gesture to AVZ shareholders (reciprocal to what AVZ did when agreeing to the temp pause) if we go that way.
