    I asked Copilot the following question.

    "Does the enforcement of awards of the ICSID comes out of any AID money they might be granted from other ICSID signatory nations."

    The answer below, noting that the 2nd point is interesting. How is that USD 8B somewhere in Europe looking?

    ICSID awards are binding and must be enforced by signatory nations as if they were final judgments of their own courts. However, enforcement does not automatically come from AID money granted by other ICSID signatory nations. Instead:

    1. ICSID awards are enforced through domestic legal systems—countries must recognize and execute them under their own laws.
    2.
    If a state refuses to comply, the winning party can seek enforcement in other jurisdictions where the state has assets.
    3.
    Aid funds from ICSID signatory nations are separate from ICSID enforcement mechanisms. While a country facing an ICSID award might receive aid, there is no direct link between aid money and award payments.
