    Yes I agree, probably an extension which is very frustrating but I can’t imagine Rawanda having their shit together in time and the deal depends on both sides coming to the table in regards US demands. Deal is done between AVZ and Kobold but that is not the issue holding this up, peace treaty and the terms needed to satisfy it are!!
