US don't want Manono tied up in a legal dispute . A guilty verdict not a good look for the DRC gov at this point in time either . So I dare say we will play this according to the US play book . Which could mean extending the ICSID suspension to accommodate Kobold/US/? needs . IMO

As you say the ICSID process is not starting from zero . It has been in play for many months already . We are at the pointy end where the Corrupt players will be exposed. The DRC President has just appointed Celestin Kibeya as one of his experts as part of his Monitoring Unit re US Minerals for Security exchange . The same soon to be dragged to the ICSID for massive Corruption Celestin Kibeya . So if we are to piece all these developments together ,it looks to me like our need for further legal procedure will go no further and the AVZ Manono matter has found it's resolution . IMO
