    1. DRC/Rwanda peace deal complete.
    2. Kobold/RIO fair value offer accepted by AVZ, payment by 21-Jul-2025.
    3. DRC issues the Manono South mining licence to Kobold/AVZ.
    4. AVZ drops the ICSID.
    5. AVZ drops the ICC, which means Zjin keeps Manono North.

    The last point is hard to swallow, but it is a consideration in the determination of fair value.
