Reply from avz:The Company is still awaiting the provisional orders from ICSID following the 11 December 2023 hearing (please refer to the 15 November 2023 announcement). The Company will issue an announcement to shareholders after receipt of the relevant order(s) from the ICSID hearing.
Needless to say, any material developments will be announced by the Company as soon as practical.
