Sparky - I'm in accumulate mode as I reckon this baby's flying under the radar atm. It must suite the boss or he'd be out hustling with presentations to sofs, instos etc

This market segment is currently in a shambles after the huge rorting over the last coupla years. ICT has managed to steer clear of this fracas so I'm hopeful that it'll benefit from the fallout. If so, there may be an opportunity for fairly rapid expansion.

I've worked in the Fed gov departments responsible for international student study and for domestic tourism, so I'm pretty much across what's currently happening.

I'm happy with where things are at - just let management do their job.
