For me the big questions to ask about IOU are:
1) can the existing mobile payments revenue grow substantially and quickly - from historic perspective this does not look easy - the next quarterly will be telling
2) does the pivot toward BNPL mean that there will be less focus on the existing business - making growing those old revenues less likely still
3) how 'soft' is the BNPL launch - if very soft then meaningful revenues will be a way off
4) how quickly can the BNPL business move from launch mode to rapid scale out
