    I don't have a holding in RIV but have followed its progress for a little while. Its definitely good for RIV holders that another party is interested in bidding. At this stage though why would they just not offer $16.50/share or so. They might have a final figure in mind that they are willing to bid but they only need to better RIO's $16 at this stage
