this present point in time there are three biometric identfiers.

fingerprint....iris...3d facial

and there could be a reader to read all 3 identifiers.

National ID cards could have any if not all identifiers embedded on it which would make identity theft...all but impossible.

Malaysia recently implemented smart cards into their credit card network and fraud has dropped 96%

I woul dbe happy to take a 96% chance of getting identity correct over the very low odds which exist now.

Its not so much to exclude terror activity but certainly would make it easier to track people.

And if you do not think they track you now...you are kidding.

Every credit card transaction...every SMS message...every phone call.....every bank account transaction...every flight you take...every speeding fine/parking ticket.....etc ..you are tracked.


Let alone go into any place now and you are on camera.......

it has to be biometric........or not at all.
