On 31/10/2011 Mconnect Vendor dispute announcement states:
" The vendors will no longer hold any of the consideration shares issued by the company. The share have been purchased in an off market transaction by third party investors".

On 29/11/2011 Announcement states 100,000,000 shares released from escrow.

100,000,000 shares are a substantial % of the company. If Madam Cheung or anyone else have taken up all or part of these shares there should have been notification to shareholders and the market via an announcement as to who they have gone to.

As usual shareholders get treated as they don't exist.

If Directors and Management want full support of all shareholders, they need to keep ALL shareholders fully informed and discontinue getting rampers to post inuendo.
