i'd say

I'd say that IF the Minister, Mr. Bowler wanted to see the share price settle down before making his announcemnt, then that's what seems to have happened. There is a ruluctance on both sides (buyer & sellers) to make a move.

On the other hand, maybe it is true, that the WA govt. is running around like chooks without a head, because of China's No. 2 Boss's immenent visit, and Bowler hasn't got the time to even think about the bleeding obvious. Like Shovelanna.

Or then again, as some people here seem to think, re the big boys rule the Westralian governement, always have, always will, and so that's why some people here might swear they can hear the Minister singing that good old tune "I can't say No"!.....To RIO?
