what has the level of debt got to do with your assessment if you only look at charts.

Any tech stock runs at losses for many years....

As long as they keep growing that is the main thing and keep operational costs low ....

Moving averages are looking solid ?

The reason I look at debt is to make sure the fundamentals of the company have some sanity..normally I would like to trade in fundamentally sound stocks whose charts indicate a good uptrend, so that I can participate in at least 60-70% of the trend..Running losses in tech stocks is normal, but if they can run without debt, that would be great.....in penny stocks, I got burnt by numerous pump and dump operations and so I am a bit cautious. The moving average on the longer term look good, in the short term as well, it looks good...
