Just thought I'd produce a summary of today's IndoChine AGM by Mr Promnitz for any newbies that might hear about IDC in the media over coming weeks and would like a quick reference before delving into deep research.

Looks like a very positive preso at the AGM by Promnitz!!!

The 2 million ounce gold deposit has already been drilled and measured according to the strictly regulated Canadian NI43-101.

And more than 80-85% of this Gold Resource is sitting in the higher confidence Indicated Category with less than 15% sitting in the Inferred Category.

And this 2million ounces of gold was measured at a $300/Oz gold price. The MD has mentioned that IndoChine will get an automatic upgrade or increase in this

2 million ounces as they convert it to the Australian JORC at $950/1000/Oz Gold Price!

Drilling has commenced and a significant upside in the gold deposit is expected!!!

With long intercepts of high grade gold!!!

And they have a very experienced Mining Engineer that brought to life the Hidden Valley 6-8million ounce gold mine!!!

The Exploration camps and choppers are in place for faster drilling results to be completed in coming months.

The stroke of genius was not only the hiring of experienced engineers to complete the PFS, but also by giving the landowners 19.5% shareholding in IndoChine. The Landowners are part of our company and part of our team as employees assisting with the exploration and PFS/BFS program!

The other major asset is Cambodia. This is a another project that also has massive potential.

What is very exciting is the very large area marked with an ‘X’!

It shows a large area of surface gold in Cambodia that has never been explored!

And of course the biggest investment houses own a large portion of IndoChine.

OchZiff and Baker Steel are multi billion dollar investment houses that don’t waste their time with small scale gold deposits!

They only invest in small cap miners with very large upside and scale!

And for the most exciting part!
