Nectar, you've stated all of the positives, now what are the risks involved with IDC going from explorer to producer?

Do you expect the plant construction to go smoothly, without delay.

Do you expect to get all the necessary permits and licenses and if you do get them, do you expect to get them on time?

Also have you factored in things that are unforseen such as delays due to weather or accidents?

What about getting the plant itself right in terms of the correct set up?

Do you expect the DFS to be on time?

Will there be any problems with financing this project to producion and how do you think the market will feel about taking on debt or diluting the company in order to get into production?

These are things you seem to just skip over and the way you talk, it's as if going from explorer to producer is as simple as buying a pizza.

Unfortunately it is not.
