Correct, they're not producing any sooner than they've stated, but they've made progress... and with progress comes less risk.

Additionally, I'd say the rerate in IDC share price Nectar speaks of isn't because they'll be producing tomorrow, but rather because of the mitigated risks as a result of the progress.
