@JesseJames - The Capital Raising at 9c was not restricted to Australian investors. Anyone whom was deemed a sophisticated investor could participate, and it is my belief there was a reason this capital raising was restricted to Australians. Do a little research and find who in the company would want cheap shares, and is an Australian Institutional or Sophisticated investor?

Also the restriction of one hundred million shares was reached through the use of options, therefore it wasn't undersubscribed. It is also important to note that the Capital Raising was concluded days earlier than expected; Ask yourself why does a company wish to conclude a Capital Raising days earlier than required if it hasn't reached its intended amount?
