When you read about BEE financing and refinancing that have occured in the past and how even big operating miners cant deliver to make BEE structure sustainable ...how do we learn from them and keep the BEES buzzing?

Lonmin unlucky in BEE love

Perhaps the numbers men can follow this article better than me...but without big dividends or a major miner who lends to their BEE how does the likes of Genorah escape the likes of Geneagles?
Is that why the system needs an IDC to support it until profits can be shared with BEES and communities can see eventually receive some benefit?
Failing that do they consider the likes of the world bank for some assistance?
Genorah know the situation in SA and have achieved a mining right ... but its all quiet on JV atm.
A JV is first and foremost financing ,isnt it? thats why the BFS was crucial...with finance theres a green light, imo.
Correct me if i have this wrong.
