do any posters have you an opinion about whether the background swell in recent price are funders/ backers wanting the price closer to the 30c of previous raising, before doing another?

they have chewed through their various IPO and placement cash in last 2 years and the $10m from Dec will be down to $5m at 31 MArch (10.3 less f/cast 4.9). They also haven't released any word, as mentioned in the Feb livecast, on drilling and initial word on PFS..do we know who is doing it?

From what i saw of the July 2011 preso and Feb 2012 there ain't a lot of differnce in where they are up to or their ounces.....so I'm hoping the updraft is genuine??
