    The 4th quarter report should be out this week or next week, correct?

    The big if is the todd's investment in company which would definitely show which way this is going to go. If we reject the offer then TGS only choice will be to do a capital raising...which was stated as one of the original proposals which I am sure 30-50million USD can be raised.
