I'm not sure if it's true but if it is then Obama has the presidency all parceled up. The worse the crisis gets the more the voting public shifts to Obama, and the more it looks like Obama will win the more alarmed the markets get and the worse the crisis becomes. Obama has positioned himself brilliantly.
