Why not give CER holders the 5cents per share promised to the CNP holders - in exchange for taking on the illiquid syndicates and giving the rest of cnp debt holders the privilege of joining the winning team. I could accept the "NTA Haircut" if I was paid the 5 cents.

This would almost cover what most of us paid for the shares also.
